Eyewitness NewsLONG ISLAND (WABC) -- There is a big debate brewing on Long Island over what time bars and restaurants should close on New Year's Eve. A community board wants to move the current closing time of 4 a.m. up to 2 a.m.
Groups representing bar owners say shutting the doors two hours early will cost them thousands of dollars, something they say they can't afford.
