Are NYC horse-drawn carriages on the way out?

  Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- Animal rights activists appear to be gaining support for legislation to ban New York City's familiar horse-drawn carriages.

And the stables that house the carriage horses look increasingly attractive to real estate developers.
