Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- There is a little relief is in store for anyone who parks in New york City on a regular basis. Mayor Michael Bloomberg is set to sign a bill allowing drivers to transfer muni-meter parking time.
People who buy time can use their left over minutes at any location with the same meter rate.
City Council members unanimously approved the measure on Tuesday.---
