Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- Jay Walder is being a lot more harsh about the MTA now that he's no longer in charge. Walder is the new chief of mass transit in Hong Kong.
He's making close to $1 million there, which is nearly three times what he made in New York City.
Walder told Chinese reporters the MTA infrastructure is terrible.He says the system doesn't have enough money to operate or to replace equipment.
