Shoplifting on the rise

  Jason Holder, Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- Employee shoplifting is on the rise and experts say that's a good thing.

The National Retail Federation says in a recession people are afraid to steal from their employers because they don't want to get fired.

But, when the job market bounces back, they start taking risks again.
