Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- Food trucks getting squeezed out of Midtown by police officers trying to enforce a recent court ruling on parking have banded together to find a solution. Now, the New York City Food Association is about to preside over what may be the city's first dedicated food-truck lot, in a parking lot at 43-29 Crescent Street in Long Island City, Queens.
