Rolling Stones to play alcohol-laden Barclays Center

Eyewitness NewsBROOKLN (WABC) -- The Rolling Stones will collect a cool $25 million to play four shows in November, and two of them are reported to be at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The other two shows will be held in London.

The report came the same day as the State Liquor Authority approved the arena's controversial liquor license, which will allow patrons at Barclays events to drink until 1 a.m.

Spectators at Brooklyn Nets games, however, will be cut off at the start of the fourth quarter.

Local residents and community leaders wanted a 10 p.m. cutoff, arguing against drunken patrons staggering home late at night.
